I wouldn't mind in office work if they got rid of the dead hours. If I can do a full 8 hours worth of work in 4 hours than I should get my full pay and not have to sit in the office watching youtube videos for 4 hours. I should be able to go home. Not that this is practical for all jobs..some jobs are more an on call situation as oppose to set amount of duties but you get my drift. Trying to meet this arbitrary hour limit for no reason is annoying as hell.

I like a hybrid model but I can understand both sides of the spectrum

Me personally I like to go to work and walk around NYC especially when the weather is nice. Ain’t nothing like it
You can do that from home though. Like, just post up at a coffee shop.

That sh1t was made up. They should make those people who love going in the office be the ones that do go in the office. The rest can work from home. Bet u they’ll never go in.

First week back in the opened renovated office. Did 2 days this week.

And I barely got much done. :laff:

And we had free lunch catered in :eat:
