Pretty sure Google & Twitter employees debunked this with their uproar

It just so happens that all 950 people surveyed are huge investors and owners of commercial real estate. . . What a ka-wink!

Im not surprised. Tech workers aren’t the end all be all of the economy. And some people actually enjoy being social and competitive in an office environment.

*don’t quote me if all you do is stare at a monitor all day*

They send us surveys every few months asking us if we want to come back to the office. Every time it’s over 90% that want to stay working from home.:mjlol: These polling companies are fukking trash.:hhh:
I feel like the ship has sailed on this.

Granted, some people work better not at home. I count myself in that group. But if people can get the job done at home then who cares? As long as they're hitting their goals then who cares?

I think people have realized that life is short, and if they can get their work done efficiently and still be with their family and loved ones, that they'd put a premium on that over having to just sit at a desk all day in someone's office where they can be monitored and watched over.

We had a survey at my job and 90% of old ass higher up cacs at the very top wanted to be in office :dead:. Most of them entitled and will defend corporations
No doubt. That and they want to be able to oversee their underlings and monitor and micromanage. All of that shyt is much easier to do in person.

:hhh:Who are these bum ass niccas? Working from Home is the GOAT life.
I work better not at home, because I feel like I'm never fully at home or fully at work when I do both out of the same space. HOWEVER....two very important caveats.

1. I'd never vote against working at home in a survey just out of respect for my coworkers. I know I'm in the minority, and I don't want my preference to force other people to have to leave home if that's not what they prefer. I'm a team player.

2. Just because I don't like working from home doesn't mean I have to. There are more options than ever right now in terms of quality remote locations to work from. There are coffee shops, remote work spaces that you can rent out, etc. "Working from home" doesn't mean that you literally have to work from home.

Facts on your second point. I’ve worked from my hotel room in Miami overlooking the beach, by the pool etc…all have been better than the cubes.
