Silent Hill franchise could of been on the same level as RE if they had the right company guiding them

I don’t think it would had been in the same level since RE exploded when it went action and no one wanted or wanst that for SH, but it would definitely be a beloved legacy franchise with a lot of hype every release.

Even at SH’s highest point it didn’t reach RE’s level. Most people want action and the SH series never been that.

I think they've just stuck a little too close to the source material. Probably a little skittish. The Medium looks better than this and we all know how that turned out. Should've just reimagined it totally
