Signs of over training and under eating

Yea I been spending alot of time trying to calc my Tdee and I think my maintenance is around 3000 cals I have been eating around this if not more all weekend that way I can manage my weight and energy in the gym today. And no I am not trying to bulk on a deficit I just have been eating at 2100 cals for a couple weeks and have stayed te same weight and now knowing its sonfar under my maintenance this makes no sense for me.

to the OP..you need some carbs...that happened to me during my first month of doing IF...i was completing my workouts but i was struggling even though the weight was coming off..did a mid week carb up and i was good to go...adjust that and you'll be good

How many grams carb you been eatin? I was at around 100 but think tht was too low so redid my macros and going to be 330 carb 220 pro 60 fat 2800 cals

You can be too far under, it actually makes sense. Especially since your exercise rate is hard to quantify. Your body in theory locked up on weight to sustain what you are doing to it.

I'm the same weight as OP and I don't get anywhere near that 3000 calories. Hasn't effected me negatively either. I'm gettin stronger
