not sure why y'all still go out of your way to get <your bodyweight>g of protein every goddamn daywhen the NSCA recommends at most .7g per lb of bodyweight for full-time athletes (which none of us are).

I mean, I keep a nice 5lb tub of whey on deckI only use it post-workout when I'm not hungry. And even then I mix it with one cup of oats (10g protein) so I can just have one scoop of whey (24g). I make that shyt last by using it for what it is, a SUPPLEMENT. Whey powder should never be your primary source of protein IMO, because it's not healthy or economical.
