Politics is a zero sum game dumbass. Some of us understand how it works in this country and would like to exercise our political power without all the childish insults. If you deliberately choose to not vote for one of those parties, then yes, you are passively supporting the other side...especially if you are doing this based off the logic that people of your demographic don't vote for the other side enough.
And in your case you don't just "abstain to vote from voting for one side" you deliberately run internet smear campaigns against them. You attack anyone who does support a Democrat, you attack anyone who attacks Donald Trump, you support anyone who also attacks Democrats, and you try to discourage others from voting for Democrats. And you do this under the guise that you are actually pushing some apolitical pro-black strategy. No, you just want Democrats to lose and you do that by pushing BS Fox News headlines about Hunter Biden and AOC. Your politics is COMPLETELY one sided, very clearly motivated by parties, and your little schtick of being against all sides couldn't be more phony.

Furthermore you do not vote, but this doesn't stop you from inserting your sorry views and opinions of whoever is in power, especially Democrats. The irony in claiming a lack of nuance on this end, when you are treating this like stopping the Republican party is a matter of being entrenched in the other party. And yes, if you are abstaining from voting, you are helping the Republicans, it is a choice you are making, whether you are aware of the implications or not. The Republicans do everything in their power to prevent people from voting, all the way up to the SCOTUS, by abstaining, that is doing their job for them and for free, except they get a return on your refusal to participate.

That day the front page had its foot on the necks of Republicans, I never saw so much lashing out. One guy requesting everyone enter the thread to so that he could block liberals, some making threads complaining about political spam, and of course the typical MAGA drone that enters the threads to "whataboutism" everything.


But not all of them are Trump supports, imo, most are just useful idiots for the right. They don't understand how our political system works, so they are under the assumption that Dems can just swipe pens and make things happen now, and they obviously can't, so they are wondering what the point of voting for or supporting the current Democratic makeup is if they don't do shyt for them. They also see the Republican bashing on here, while not bashing the Dems, as blindly supporting Dems while ignoring all of their problems. Issue is, in this tightly controlled 2 party system, I have to vote for the "lesser evil" and I put that in air quotes because anyone that knows anything about Republicans knows that Dems are beyond being the "lesser evil" of the two, especially at this point. Right now, anyone with their head screwed on right can see that the Republicans are gearing up to fukk this country beyond belief, and citizens will be impacted, whether they vote or not. The least we can do is fight back at the polls, don't really have time to be arguing with those that are too far gone. Have to focus on those that are disinterested at the worst.

Ignorance is what really fuels all the problems with this country.
