She didn't write the lyrics...BUT...
she has a LOT of females out here thinking that it's "cool" to be a "savage" (ie: smut) Like, this world has gotten so weird. They don't see anything wrong with letting men get all up in them, rather than save it for the right one. Oh yeah, you're a "savage" b/c you smashing men without catching feelings

. Yup something to be REAL proud of.
I guess, there's no problem with that per se, if that's what you like, but this generation thinks that THAT is cool. Promoting irresponsibility (sexually) and whorish behavior...
The thing is, these folks will turn around and say "all men are dogs" "N____s ain't ish" or turn around and still want to be treated like a respectable, responsible person, when they promote and try to live the "savage" lifestyle.
I honestly try not to associate with females like this. I want a self respecting, aware, responsible, intelligent BLACK queen! The basic antithesis of what or who Rihanna is or portrays herself to be. These types of women are out there, but they get overshadowed b/c they're portrayed as "boring" "lame" or "square"
We have to stop promoting THIS type of behavior in our women and what MOST rappers portray, to our men. Start to train up the newer generations about respect, loyalty, and honor. It starts with self...
So while yes, this is just a song, the lifestyle it portrays and that kids (hell, and adults) emulate is the problem. We all control what we can control, and I've continued to teach those in MY CIRCLE to not be like that.
No soapbox for me, just giving my opinion...we have to do better and it starts with US
