If you are constantly paying late fees its time you create a budget so you avoid those fees. You giving them people free money for nothing.

Nope not at all! The burners on the stove weren’t working correctly. Example: I could put something on low and it would heat up to HIGH, even if I did the opposite, it would still be messed up.
The washer broke, the garage door wouldn’t open sometimes etc
and we had to pay EVERY single time, $75, even when they had to come out again for the same issue. So we said fukk it and started cooking on a flat hotplate
How is this even legal? Read your tenancy agreement, does it state that you have to pay $75?
I don't want to renew my lease but I don't have enough to move out just yet so I have to pay $100 more to do month to month
I kinda want to ask if they're willing to lower it if I sign the lease since I know they've lost tenants but I doubt it.
I could probably find it if I needed to, but I remember reading and signing it. And the lady told us up front. The townhouse was huuuuge and beautiful so we really didn’t think we would have issues. It was our mistake for thinking that something that nice would turn out to be a piece of shyt.
