If your business caters specifically to Black Folks in some way, then yes advertise as a Black Owned Business.
If the goal is to make money, from as many people as possible, then don't.
Racism is a real issue for Black Business owners.
Some people will go out of there way to mess your business up, cause they hate Black Folks.

We make up 14% of the population. You want a greater chance of success, you advertise your business to bulk of the population not a small segment of it. Placing the Black owned tag on your business is akin to only advertising to Black people. It sounds good, feels good, but in the end you could do far more for our people getting money from outside of our community and then reinvesting it in our community than you will just recycling money within our community.

Plus theres no such thing at the end of the day. The European owns those businesses,and all that money goes back to the banks that fund our oppression.
