With all these cuts the roster isn't as bloated.

They're still top heavy on the men's side so I'd keep both world titles but unify all the other titles.

The women's and tag divisions are on some serious struggle shyt the way they are spread between two shows.

You can still spread talent between Raw and Smackdown but make it less formal. This also might help address the issue with repetitve matches.

I dunno...just thinking out loud. :yeshrug:

They could solve the women's issue by moving up a few of the women from NXT. Might as well move up the men as well especially if they're going to focus more on the younger talent.

People literally say that the rosters aren't as bloated when they have a dearth of talent in NXT and developmental not being used. Just because they aren't on TV doesn't mean that they don't exist.

Move those NXT vets up to the main roster or move them out to go elsewhere.

Yes yes yes.

They have a deep and talented roster but it's not that deep and talented like 2001-2002.

Ending the split would improve Raw tremendously.

Just moving up standouts like Io and Ciampa from NXT would do wonders.

But we go through this cycle like every 5 years but it seems this time they really aren't interested in hoarding talent anymore, so end it.

Ehhhh we don't necessarily know if the rosters (NXT and developmental included) aren't as deep and talented if the majority of them aren't getting the opportunity to display their worth. That's why a lot of those NXT need to move up to the main roster while giving the younger talents the opportunity in NXT.

Most of that NXT talent is medicore. Very few NXT call ups are gonna make a difference.

NXT has shown it can't develop talent well and HHH has already bled the indie scene dry so they don't even have that option any more.

Is the NXT talent mediocre or are they not being properly given the training and resources needed to succeed? Especially considering that we've seen Vince continue to drop the ball and given up on talent that were considered a big deal in NXT. For the record, the women's NXT roster is better than the women talent on Raw and Smackdown.

If NXT can't develop talent that well, then they have bigger problems at hand that cutting bloated talent won't solve.

So what difference will it make calling them up to the main roster? If they can't develop in NXT, they won't on the main roster.

I'm just specifically talking about the main roster. They're stretched too thin but they have depth if they were all on one show.

No reason for Io and Ciampa to be doing tag teams in front of 500 people now. People that good shouldn't be in developmental unless they're just completely not getting something.

Only hang up is if Vince would fukk them up but it is what it is at this point.

If you're not in the WWE to be on the main roster I'd feel like I was wasting my time.

You know the exact reason why it's hard for talent (not just from NXT) to make it on the main roster, which speaks to my overall issue of the company having bigger problems that need to be solved outside of cutting talent..........

Rumor has always been that Ciampa wants no part of the main roster and the traveling required. That's actually been the reason that a lot of those veteran NXT talent want no part of going up to the main roster.

With the youth movement NXT is headed to, either move to the main roster or bounce and go elsewhere. Only problem with is that you still have Vince and his finnicky ways to contend with. Why have faith that they'd do better on the main roster if they see how Karrion Kross is being treated :jbhmm:
