Nothing in North America, that's for sure. Unless Bellator wants to risk losing their promoter's license by booking him exclusively overseas and piss off the athletic commissions here.
I don't think the UFC will let him fight, even if he gets that 4 year ban. IF they let him go, all these Russian promotions, Rizin and KSW will be scrambling to sign him. That'll never happen though. They'll let him do jiu jitsu tournaments though, he'll probably show up in Rizin or EBI to grapple if the WWE doesn't try to sign him.
The WWE should try to sign him. He's basically everything Vince likes. Big, strong, athletic, has some charisma...already has an established public persona so Vince doesn't have to do anything to build him up. The UFC already built up Lesnar vs Jones for them, if they want to go that route.
