:patrice: You dont think CEO's bring in the money?

Not proportional to their salary, no I do not. Definitely not 6 figure salaries, 6 figure severances, vacations packs, stocks in the company, etc. It's plutocracy, corporatism, and a wealth grab from the middle class.

But isn't that up to the board that pays them to decide? :dwillhuh:

lol Bloomberg and his "Fix The Debt" crew are advocating getting rid of pensions and SS. He also wants to deregulate wages. LOL The 30 billion fukk boy wants an EVEN BIGGER piece of the pie and you fukk boy Libertarians will eat it up.

There's more incentive in NYC to work for the government than a private sector middle class position. You dont see the problem with that?

There's not more of an incentive. There the only jobs out there that offer a livable wage with the proper benefits. The private sector wants it like that. Don't think Bloomberg and them didn't engineer the economy to work like this. The middle class is getting increasingly smaller, where is the money going? Open your eyes. The 1% got RICHER after the RECESSION. Think about that.

You mean the circle jerk of other people who make salaries they don't deserve?
I see :patrice:

You believe you are in a position to determine what some one "deserves" and/or is worth...:ehh:

You also insinuate that these pay rates between private entities need outside approval...:ehh:

You also hint at there being a formula that should be used for determine salaries in favor of supply and demand...:ehh:

Well... I find your self anointed position extremely arrogant, and I disagree with it completely. :manny: Economically,Politically, and Morally.

I respect it though. :salute:

The government's getting richer too. If this boob Deblasio gets elected. :heh:

The government wages need to adjust to the private sector....the private sector pays their salaries. How is it fair for the private sector middle class to be squeezed by the gvt? What incentive do they have to be innovative. There's none...

The remaining middle class of NYC is all working for the gvt. Soon enough its going to be them eating off of eachother.

Yes, I do think I am in the position to determine what one "deserves." The Rich do it for the Middle class all the time. Society will continue to go backwards if we don't call out Plutocracy. It makes Democracy and Capitalism look bad.

When there are shareholders involved and government bailouts, then yes they need outside approval.

If Kobe Bryant generates 500 billion dollars for the NBA and all of his sponsors tehn 30 million/ annually is not ridiculous. A CEO does not deserve 500 million dollar buyouts, especially when a government entity bailed you out with taxpayer dollars.

You are gravely misinformed. The government = the 1%, hence the word plutocracy. Deblasio is a better choice than any other candidate because he believes in democratic socialism and affordable housing. Basically, he isn't like Bloomberg and doesn't jerk off to visions of NYC as a Rich person playpen.

The government isn't squeezing the private sector middle class. The private sector isn't hiring the middleclass for livable wages. Most of the jobs created since the recession have been minimum wage and contract jobs.

Eating off each other? Be coherent please.

The players are the government.

You are clearly faulting big business for playing by the rules set by gvt.:upsetfavre: Its both silly and naive.

Whats really floors me though is the answer liberals give to the way gvt is boning everyone... more gvt. :deadmanny:

The players are the government.

The government = the 1% yet your answer for NY is more government? :wtf:

Taxes in NY continue to rise. Private class middle sector jobs continue to go away. The regulations of NY make it next to impossible to do business. It's the least friendly business state in the country. Eating off of eachother means the only middle class left will be those working for the gvt. Who's going to support that? Who's paying for that?

Bill Deblasio believes in a lot of things. His beliefs are based on riling up folks easily swayed by emotion. He's been a politician all of his life. He know's how to memorize a speech. Implementing ideas, he's never done it...he's never had any job other than being a politician. Have fun with that.

Nope. not just more government but more government with the right officials in place. Elect people who aren't either the one percent themselves, Bloomberg, or on their payrolls.

The rest of what you said is incoherent babble detached from reality.
