What element is that? Objections and overrulings?
Yea, for starters, but I was more thinking about compassion.

Most law is too complex for it to be cut down into an "if, then" statement. A lot of law is interpreted and applied to a specific situation/case.
SO you think having a bias is alright. Most times that bias will adversely effect you because of who you are.
So you dont forsee the future of AI being very bright then is that what im gathering from this statement? My understanding is that one day AI will be able to mimic the human brain and all of these other lofty aspirations? You're saying this isnt possible with this post i believe.
I said compassion, not bias.
This is far to subjective for A.I.
Compassion and bias are in the same bed because some people have compassion based on their personal bias. Compassion is not extended to everyone. Like your black ass.
Sounds like you got a little there at the end. Demonic.
Who cares. Answer me.
Forever and ever?
Definitely... especially when you have subjective sentencing guidelines. A judge takes into account the conditions in which the crime was commited and the extenuating circumstances in order to determine the malicious intent of a crime the defendant has been convicted of... this is all in theory but this is how I believe and like to believe it happens most of the time outside of racist cac judges.
A.I. would probably make great lawyers Even though wheeling and dealing and all that swag that comes at the top of the profession would be impossible for them, they would be able to logical and rationally present and explain a defense
