That or tether. You don't want to put in in $$$ and pull in out of exchange because that will subject you to short term capital gains. You take it out after a year in a stable coin.

it's taxable as soon as you sell/trade it into USDC or any coin, stable or otherwise.

transfer your eth from coinbase to MetaMask wallet. Buy it on shiba swap. Gas is high AS FUK right now so consider $100-200 per every transaction. Yea it’s a few curveballs.
