There is one guy saying she should have just listened. No, she should have drove the car into something or off a bridge into a body of water.

Why? Why did he want to take her to some secluded place? If all he wanted was her money, then there is no need to go anywhere else that is away from general foot traffic. He obviously had ill intent outside of simple robbery.
