When I aim and fire my rhymes, like a hundred cannon balls flying
Striking you one at a time, in a parallel line

Canibus - Mic-Nificent
It makes sense...Maybe he is switching levels as he shoots, so you get hit "one at a time in a parallel line"...
The trajectories of the rhymes are parallel...

Solid rhyme...

"I used to hang out with my daddy's brothers, I call them my uncles"

He doesn't mean brothers in the literal sense: he means brother = homie. He's talking about that dude who used to hang with your pops, y'know that nikka that was always at the crib ever other day and you ended up calling him your uncle.

Nothing wrong with this line...just saying "its two of us..."

But to 'square' a number means to multiply it by itself. One squared is still one. Two squared is four. The line makes no sense but is trying to sound smart.

I don't see why he shouldn't?

This is Big Boi we're talking about, when has he ever spit a 'smart dumb' bar? It's actually quite a clever line (as you can see by everyone that didn't get what he meant in this thread), especially when you put it in context with the rest of the verse.
