Your body should literally transform if you’re working out like that. But I think I would change the outside thing. I’d do strength training (indoor clearly) mix it up for cardio. It would be nice, but I don’t know if I’d feel like walking 45min everyday if I can just do some cardio in the house or hit a cardio class
But yea you should be ripped after that.
