He wouldn't have survived being in that lockerroom. His ego couldn't handle bowing down to Hogan in '05, imagine having to deal with Hogan at that time. He would've quit after a month.
Nah I don't agree with this he likely would have never been with Hall, Nash, Hogan etc generally.

He would have been damn near just as powerful in wcw backstage. Y'all nikkas know you full of shyt lol.

based on what??

he was never a draw. he wouldn't have even been a top 10 big name on the roster.

:rudy: Coked up '97 HBK would have had nuclear heat with those rednecks

nah

you gotta realize, everything HBK was good at in-ring, was being done better by a lot of guys in WCW.

and his whole persona would've gotten "go away heat" from the WCW crowd.

to his advantage, he was tight with some of the big dogs over there.

keep telling yall, the WWF during that time period was a small pond of talent with a big fish machine making it seem like it was more than it was. yall see what happened when bret hart went over there to crickets, and hes respected more by that crowd than HBK, and he still flopped.

then add HBK's :scust: persona to the mix, and its a wrap jack.

Hall and Nash didn't draw and got whatever they wanted.

Y’all wilding.... an original Wolfpac kliq subfaction of the nwo with Hall, Nash, HBK, Syxx in ‘97 would’ve been legendary....if Nash had enough savvy to somehow become booker and do shyt like give himself the strap, the only thing that would’ve stood in Shawn’s way are drugs and injuries

Would have been a disaster for many of the reasons listed above:

He would have been a cancer in the locker room. He was almost impossible to contain with Vince in charge, him in the WCW locker room that was already being run by the inmates and mixed with Hogan/Macho/Piper/Flair shyt.....a catastrophe waiting to happen.

What set him apart in the WWF was being done by any of 30 random cruiserweights on every show, not to mention the Malenko/Rey/Benoit/Guerrero tier of guys.

He never would have had the long matches he loved, he never would have had real storylines, his drug usage would have gone unchecked.

He probably would have overdosed tbh.
