I'm not one these these coli brehs that throws the word c00n around liberally. I hate how recklessly that word gets tossed around.

That said what Ray is doing is text book c00ning. He's not offering a "different opinion." His words aren't even reflective of his own views. He's simply a black man who fell out of favor with the white establishment, got a second chance to get in their good graces, and will fight tooth and nail to remain there. He's just parroting white code words and talking points. Look how quick Ray cut Shannon off when he asked if the owner spoke on Freddie Gray. His retort was black on black crime.

All of these guys follow the same pattern. SAS and Whitlock were let go by ESPN. Vick went to jail, got back in the league, and now wants to become a coach. They're making moves against their own people to further their own selfish financial interests.

If the tap shoes fit :manny:

seems like to me all this "motivating" he's been doing since he got off has just been to get young Black kids to bash their heads harder to make the white owners/coaches more money. That's Ray's contribution back for his second chance.

Ultimately tho, none of these famous athletes live regular Black lives.

Many of them are no different than OJ, even if they wont publically admit it. Some of them are wise to the game if they havent forgotten where they came from.

Shannon Sharpe raised a point that went over heads. If the media can hit us with news about Venezuela and Ukraine every day, why is it so wrong for Americans to bring up the issue of Americans getting shot for no reason in America?

The folks who claim they "tired" about black folks complaining ain't tired of talking about injustice and violation of rights in Venezuela.
Whatever Shannon may be he was killing it with logic and plain common sense.

Question: Why should NFL owners be worried about black men getting shot?:snoop:

Shannon::dwillhuh:Because the men getting shot are black men just like you and I (and the other black men who sacrifice their health every Sunday so the fans dull boring lives can be barely livable)

Let's keep it 100, the only reason the NFL is talking about an expansion to London and Mexico City where American Football isn't even played is because of the players(including a lot of brothers) and the superhuman effort they put in every week.

If all the brehs getting shot, no billions of $ for you Mr. Owner. As for the fans they can form their own teams with complaint negros and let's see how that works out.

Most black people live in the south, yet northern nikkas always got something slick to say like we the ones c00nin up to white people. :stopitslime:

Lets not even get started on how the north is the most segregated place in america :martin:

Yall cant even stay where the white folks at, they just put you in the corner of the city and call it a day :martin:

And even when yall get something nice in no time white folk come in and gentrify yall outta there :martin:

With that said i don't recommend anyone living in the states of Mississippi and Alabama to any black man :whoa: Still we gotta stop this southern hate, unless you feel some type of way against the majority of black people :mjpls:

Black athletes like Ray Lewis bother me. Like, how are you so detached from reality that you would fully throw your people under the bus? Too many nikkaz like him. This clown was investigated for MURDER and he talking this nonsense?

Would you rather have Ryan Mallet or Colin Kaepernick as the backup?

Ray: I haven't played with either one of them.

:hubie:

Ray is a bytch, point blank. Didn't have much respect for that clown before....I have 0 now.

Flacco is not even good. They talking about him like he doens't have an 84.5 career QB rating.

Yall believe anything. Nfl aint bout to lose viewership if Kaep plays no more than they're going to lose Black support if he dont. Bottom line, people arent boycotting their entertainment. Nfl could have kept it moving. The owners have made it clear that that peaceful lil protest was personal to them and thats the only reason this man is unemployed. fukk the Nfl.

It's weird that people keep failing to realize this. People keep trying to add nuance with white folks. The fact is that they like the way black people are treated and it was simply what the protest was about that is the issue.

If Kaep protested the same way about abortion, or gay rights he'd be in the league

I agree 100%, He also brought up Trump literally calling for more police brutality and owners like Bob Kraft etc. co-signing by their silence.
One could get the impression if you look at shyt like this and add on the latest CTE studies that...

Kap is an avg quarterback at best. He cannot play under center at all, which is needed to be a great NFL quarterback. I'm an Arizona Cardinal fan, I watch the NFC west. Once the NFL got tape on him he stopped being successful. He's probably as good as RG3 at this stage
Na, you're white and in denial of any black person that's not subservient to you whether it's Barack Obama, Kaep, Mayweather or anyone of color with a voice and/or platform. White ppl have a history of cowarding behind false statistics to implement covert racism.

With you to the end.
Having lived in Mississippi and Alabama I'd recommend living there to any black person, same as any other place.
