I thought the story was that their permit for shooting on that day, at that spot expired or some shyt and that was why they couldn't shoot JimmySteve's death scene.

man, they still could have done jimmy/steve's death. they showed him go on the boat. they could have shot the part where he's killed in a studio. I'm still not buying that part.

shyt there ain't even a lot of black people period

maybe they are in the irish part of town or something. some hoods are still segregated a little

but i find it hard to believe these fools are in southside of chicago and you rarely even see black people walking around the city

they're sposed to live in back of the yards, which is kinda a mexican/white hood. but where it's actually filmed (at least where they houses are located) is in lawndale which is on west side in a predominantly black neighborhood.

Frank truly achieved villain status in this episode. I'm sure we all watched the ending partly believing that he was going to symbolically dump the booze into the water to show he was going to stop drinking, instead he not only keeps drinking but even hands it to Carl for him to drink. The man is a lost cause, or at least that's what they want us to think.

Frank truly achieved villain status in this episode. I'm sure we all watched the ending partly believing that he was going to symbolically dump the booze into the water to show he was going to stop drinking, instead he not only keeps drinking but even hands it to Carl for him to drink. The man is a lost cause, or at least that's what they want us to think.
