She still has the chance to compete in 3 more Olympics and hopefully on a personal development level learn how to deal with grief in a more substance less way... It could be good for her as an individual...so much more life to live...this little shyt ain't the end all be all that internet geeks are making it out to be
nothing is guaranteed it’s hard to make Olympic teams continuously especially in the USA where competition is tough. That’s why people like Allyson Felix, Carl Lewis are held in high honour. Not one woman who made it for the 2012 100m team made it for the 2016 and not one person from the 2016 team made it for this team. In three years there will be a woman whose 17 , 18 right now who will be a phenom at 20/21. Or a girl whose 14,15 right now and in three years could be a female Erriyon knighton.

Its not about how fast she has ran in 2019 & 2021. It's about her staying injury free and being in form the next time the Olympic trials come around and that isn't always a given. Sometimes athletes just peak early happens in all sports.
