I don't want to bring the religious aspect of this in it. I know most on this site despise organized religion and God so I'll keep that one to myself...

but I agree. It has messed up the natural order. I mean (it's always happened, nothing new) it's crazy to see pregnant women getting married. Or celebrating unwed/single parents.

We go have the baby THEN try to get married. Ish is backwards. Not saying we have to be the white knight in shining armor but damn, look at our culture. Sex ain't even special no more. Certain things used to be special, sacred, now as long as ya'll half way like each other everything in play. No more suspense or build up. She make you wait (not even a couple weeks/months) a few dates and some dudes ready to break it off.

This all affects our social interactions, children, and relationships. We don't want to work for nothing anymore. Just selfish mentality. I say it all the time on here, half of yall grew up or were raised in single-parent households with a step parent. A generation ago, men who liked/loved women with children didn't need fanfare or praise, they raised the kids that came with the partner they loved (I'm generalizing). Again, some of yall are products of this...now? "if it ain't mines..." "that ain't my kid..." "I ain't raising nothing that isn't mines..." All the motivation nowadays is sex...Will go to the depths of the earth to game/finesse a chick out her clothes but won't take 10 min to fill out a job application. Won't better themselves past dressing nice or trying to flex in a luxury car.

We've cheapened love...

We've made it so people are terrified to commit or show that they like/love somebody...

We've made everything so damn simple and black and white (real life is about nuance, the gray areas)

We've become so vain and materialistic...

We've become so shallow and narcissistic...

Only things that matter are looking good, what you have, and what's going on in your little bubble...no care for the world at large or people as a whole...

We've got to fight back against what they're trying to program us to think/feel. Get back to loving. Getting to know someone. Holding out for lasting pleasure instead of chasing cheap non-committal sex. Go back to cherishing something that's worth it. Building up our men (kings) and women (queens) so that they don't take shorts. They strive for the best, to procreate and love only the best and most deserving...Not being someone's object. Not seeking "just sex" without commitment or responsibility...That's how we build up from the inside out...

I like the way you thinking tho OP
How can we do that? BM and BW as a whole can't get on the same page without taking out our bitterness or past experiences out on each other.

I don't mind meeting a girl and waiting a few weeks to smash....but dating a lady for 2-4 years and waiting for marriage to have sex ain't for me :hhh:

Sex isn't the biggest deal in a relationship but it makes up like 30-35% of a relationship to me. I can't be stuck with a chick that's wack in bed and can't maintain:gucci:
Teach her. Dudes trip me out...ya'll want a chick that fukks like a porn star but only had one sex partner  Nothing wrong with learning what both turns you on sexually.

Bruh sex is only a 30 min -1 hr activity. is it worth the 23 other hours of madness that comes with a chick who doesn't know her worth

this.

i was corrupted from the age of like 12/13 cause thats all brehs talked about, made me think damn i need to up my sex up, brehs are fuking at age 12 and im 14, can relate to this post.

this is me now tho, although i feel like some expect you to pounce on them as soon as possible .

Yeah. In my early 20s when I was locked in, I was extremely selective on who I would sleep with. I would never forget, I met a sweet girl who was absolutely mad over me, however, she lived in Brownsville and was forced into a life of poverty due to an unfortunate incident with her folks. My mind told me that she would be a good woman, however, I could not date her because our values and motivation being that far apart. I was still working on myself as well so no way was I going to date her seriously as getting pregnant would have been her way out of that life.

Sure enough once I was established in my career, I began to hang with that set that thought being promiscuous was cool. Slipped up and got someone pregnant and you know the rest of the story. If I had stuck to my principles as well as my peers (mentally) I would have definitely been able to avoid the problems/pitfalls that follow with a promiscuous lifestyle.

You really have to make a conscious effort not to follow the herd. I know I did. It doesnt help that the music and media we consume tells us that this is the way we should live. For a while I was consumed with sex, drugs (just weed and alcohol), and partying. I didn't accomplish shyt lol. Its crazy looking back now.

Yeah man... It is. If I had remained even a slight of a bit disciplined during that time, life would have been much easier. Men of today must not fall into the trappings of instagram and these dating sites and what they offer. It's funny how no matter how time passes, things remain the same. I was reading the single moms thread yesterday and thought back to all the bad chicks that I slept with in my day and you guessed it, they were all single moms, bad bodies who would have passed for IG models today whose kids fathers were either doing bids or too busy raising families all over the place. They were good women, but made bad choices early and had to live with the lifetime of consequence due to it.

Thanks for making this thread. More young people need to read threads like these on the coli.

REAL TALK.

I was kicking it with this woman who is a family friend who is approaching 40. Attractive, yet single, kind of looks like Angie from the show Power. She said to me that she has just checked out of dating altogether because nobody wants to build anymore. Everyone is either just trying to smash, all while hiding who they truly are. It was kind of sad and made me appreciate what I have because the ease of choice is making it much more difficult to weed through the static to get what you want.

If she is as attractive as you say, I guarantee there were men all through her teens and 20s who wanted to build. She was probably holding out for max value. Let me share a lil story I heard a long time ago. Its a joke but there is much truth in humor.

Female and male department store
WOMEN...

A department store opened in New York City that sold men and a woman decides to visit it in search of a husband.
At the store’s entrance, there’s a sign outlining the department store policy.
The first rule states that you can only enter the store once.
There are six floors and on each floor you can choose a husband or elect to move on to the next floor.
You cannot visit a floor more than once other than to leave the building.
The woman visits the first floor.
The sign reads:
· Men with jobs.
She moves on to the second floor:
· Men with jobs that adore children.
She moves on the the third floor where the sign reads:
· Wealthy men that adore children and are very handsome.
She thinks to herself, "that's a very good deal" yet moves on to the fourth floor:
· Wealthy men that adore children, are very handsome and help with the household chores.
She decides to move on as things are constantly improving:
· Wealthy men that adore childern, are very handsome, help with the household chores and are very romantic.
The woman is about to make her purchase but can't resist moving on to the sixth floor.
There the sign reads:
· You are visitor number 31,456,012 on this floor.
· There are no men here.
· This floor exists as proof that it is impossible to please women.

& MEN…

Opposite this department store, another department store opened that sold women. The sign on the first floor reads:
· Women that love sex.
On the second floor the sign reads:
· Women that love sex and are wealthy.
On the third floor the sign reads:
· Women that love sex, are wealthy and have large breasts.

Not a single man has visited the fourth floor.

That's a funny, yet true joke. The woman I talked with was married once, to a military dude from 20-28, got divorced and tried to enter the dating game in a foreign country where customs and values are completely different to those that are of your own. She tried again a couple of years back, dating a guy who was a single parent. It didn't work because the dude was petrified of his BM who essentially held him and his current relationship captive. It was an interesting story to hear, typically because you always see the ones that you mentioned above where she would have squandered opportunities in the past.

Yep!
Do not EVER fall for that trick.
The only ones that want to wait until marriage are the ones with issues....big or small.
No one is trying to get married nowadays anyway...that's a former generation fools game.
By 2020 marriage will be extinct.

Everything you said is fact. Marriage for the most part is a suckers game today. But historically, it was the best bet for a productive society.

We're at the stage of collapse now where men are starting to check out not just emotionally (GMB, mgtow etc) but also physically https://www.google.com/amp/www.theatlantic.com/amp/article/488858/

Because the workforce is flooded pay is low and a lot of men just don't feel like its worth it. This works for now and the economy stays afloat because women are the ultimate consumers and men can still obtain food, clothing, and sex, but if the credit bubble ever bursts and the economy collapses, which is probably gonna happen, those directionless men start to turn into roving bands of miscreants. Ultimately turning the us into a western version of sharia law. At that point is where Marshall law kicks in and we see that 1984 brave new world style of rule.

But if we were to stop this train don't you think fixing the relationship between men and women and strengthening the family again via marriage is the way to go?
