@The Amerikkkan Idol
That was just a whole lot of precedent and reasoning for you, but you're one of those dudes who knows everything so do you. I know you'd be crying and trying if you found out your boss was a nazi (if you have one, because I doubt you live on this planet with us). I know that suit wouldnt care if he was at home or before they started working there, just as long as you get that grip. You probably can never own a business, bevause you obviously let crackheads repp your company

. So I'm just going to laugh at the simping, caping, and c00ning you and Pac are doing and bow out of this.

Who are we caping for?
Either you believe that people have rights to not be persecuted on the job for off the job shyt or you don't.
I don't.
The position of blacks in those industries might not be where we want it to be but at least we've seen progress over time
NASA got brothers going to Mars but we still haven't seen a black top champion in a fake sport
'Bu bu bu but blacks are discriminated against everywhere!'
Ron Simmons was the WCW champ in 1992. They were at one time the no. 1 promotion.
Ron Killings has been the NWA champ. That's one of the most prestigious belts of all time.
Ring of Honor has a Black champion in Jay Lethal, who's one of the best wrestlers in the world, right now.
Just say WWE hasn't had a Black heavyweight champ and that's true, but they're not the only company and haven't always even been the biggest company.
Bruh, I hear what you are saying but you are missing the point, its ALREADY BEEN the easiest to fire black people. You are acting if its ever been difficult to do so. Its harder RIGHT NOW in today's society, to fire black people than it ever has been in the past. The difference is that now EVERYONE has to be held accountable instead of JUST the minorities like every generation in the past.
Black culture/people are the most authentic, honest and straightforward culture in America, that works both ways for us, but because of this every "smart" black person knows when to pick and take their shots. Only the knuckleheads and ones with nothing to lose are gonna spazz out on CACs at the office, we keep that shyt in closed circles just like white people and everyone else. We are just honest about having those convos whereas most white people will actually say things like "Oh I've NEVER said or thought racist things in my life!". Black people are more honest because ANY and EVERY black person that has social awareness and a grasp on history has said or thought something derogatory about whites. Its residual frustration, which is understandable given our history.
How were minorities more "free" back in the day? What freedoms were we given that we don't have now? A White person might be able to say this with some merit, but no minority can make this logical grasp. The difference between NOW and the 60s, 70s and 80s is that with social media, the internet and technology its easier to get caught and held accountable. NOTHING we (black or white or other) say or do no is rare or unique to what people said in generations past, their are racists, slightly prejudiced and a$$hole people THEN AND NOW. The difference is its just easier to get caught. White people are NOT used to being held accountable for expressing their questionable views and comments and now minorities on every level have a voice, the accepted social norms have changed.
You bring up the rappers but neglect they actually got ARRESTED and went to COURT over their lyrics. Muhammad Ali actually got BANNED from his sport for his political views, Barkley was lambasted for his comments. And everything all these guys did and said, I assure you there were some white people on the other end saying just a bad things from the opposite angle.
Our culture is evolving and growing up and the people who are fighting it come off as the ones that have something to hid. Thing is, you can say and do ANYTHING you want, but everything you say and do will have consequences. Most people aren't willing to pay the consequences of the long term effects of their actions. People just need to improve on finessing their comments. Minorities have a edge on white people on this because we have been doing this since our inception in the country.
Muhammad Ali got banned for refusing to be inducted into the US military, which was illegal at the time, not his views. His views were seen as his, which was my point. People hated him for his views, but they weren't why his career was interrupted.
And it has gotten easier to fire Black people in sports. Look at what Ray Rice got fired for. People didn't get fired from the NFL for personal life shyt when I was growing up or the entire Dallas Cowboys championship teams wouldn't have had a team. Lawrence Taylor wouldn't have had a career in today's NFL. That's what I'm talking about.
Guys like Dennis Rodman and Charles Barkley absolutely were more free than LeBron James is.
Allen Iverson early in his career has more freedom than LeBron does. Look at what's happened to the NBA since the "Malice In The Palace"
Let's not even get into Mike Tyson and guys like Jose Canseco.
That's why they hate Floyd Mayweather so much, he's the last guy from the '90s who's gotten so big and powerful that he can't be controlled.
And the rappers I brought up were actually able to release their music.
You think Interscope Records could release Ice Cube's "Death Certificate" today?
You think NWA's "nikkaz4Life" could be released today?
You think that Public Enemy's "Welcome to the Terrordome" with it's "anti-semitic" lyrics would be released by major labels today?
Of course not, so yes, 2 Live Crew got arrested, but they did win their case and after they won their case, hardcore Hip-Hop ran roughshod over the industry after that.
People complained, but nobody lost their jobs or had to make tearful apologies to Jews or women or gays or whatever.
This not an "evolving" society. That's a society of bytches. You got a bunch of overly sensitive people who can't handle anything anymore. That's not evolution, that's regression.
And the amount of people who are just bytches who are happy to get a check from corporations while giving up their freedom in this generation is just sickening to me. This isn't how it used to be
