In 2018, five women accused Franco of sexual inappropriate or exploitative behavior following his Golden Globes win for best actor in The Disaster Artist. Sarah Tither-Kaplan, a former acting student at the film school Franco founded, Studio4, described a “bonus: nude orgy scene with Franco and several women that she was asked to film for the movie The Long Home in 2015. She said Franco removed the protective guards that are used to cover female genitals during the scene and that Franco simulated oral sex on them without protection.

She added that she and her female co-stars were asked to appear topless in an unscripted scene and dance around Franco while wearing animal skulls on their heads. When one of the actresses declined, she was kicked off the shoot. (Tither-Kaplan and another accuser reached settlement agreements with Franco earlier this year.)

She said she did it cause she didn't want Franco to hate her. lol She was just spineless person actively doing shyt no one is forcing her to do. If you didn't want to do it leave. And if you are that offended afterward break up with him. Neither of those things occurred. Where does her responsibility for her own actions start? This is a grown woman not a kid.
If you think it's OK to ditch friends based on allegations fine. But don't act like you are exempt from being called unloyal. You gotta wear that.

It's a business/creative relationship first and foremost. I mean when you're working on projects with somebody you get cool with them but does that mean you gotta have undying loyalty to them? Not really. And their movies together were hits so they would make more. But now they can't make more cuz Franco damaged his own reputation too much, so shyt changes. You damage your own image like that and people aren't gonna wanna stand next to you. Also loyalty is earned. It's not guaranteed if you're moving shady through life like Franco.

Howard asked him about it at the end and he said he would rather speak honestly about it than just say no comment every time he out in public, just get it out the way pretty much.

Its about all his interactions over the years with Hollywood elites like Cruise, Spielberg, Nic Cage, etc
He said he went to a meeting to discuss Ready Player One with Spielberg and George Lucas came along and started bragging that he had a space ship built for when the world ended in 2012 and he was serious
Seth asked if he could have a seat on the ship and George told him NO
Another one was Nic Cage wanted to be in Green Hornet and wanted to play a white Jamaican villain
Seth went to his house and Nic was in full character as a white Jamaican during the meeting

No one said undying loyalty but currently there are allegations and he has denied them. We can't wait for something more difinitve? If you have any confidence in your own judge of character and who you choose to associate yourself with you will remain loyal. But from a more recent post we see Seth is implicated as an enabler.
So what's probably going on is Franco is probably a creep, Seth knows it, always knew it, decided to hitch their stars together and is now abandoning ship cause shyt is getting thick moreso for Franco but he is feeling the heat. His weak character is on full display.
