Let me keep it all the way real why i dont fukk with kobe and im a lbj fan btw.
First off i think kobe is arguable the 2nd greatest shooting guard of all time.
What i dont like is how people try to act like he dominated the league a majority of his career .
Lets keep it real it was iversons league then followed by shaq then duncan. Kobe didnt totally dominate the league till 04-07 the nba was his. In 08 we all know lbj took over the league. Im not saying kobe wasnt top 10 at this time but kobe fans will tell you different.
All i ever ask is if kobe was the man back when shaq was in la why didnt he win any finals mvp
In the same token i dont think the lakers win 3 rings without kobe.

JESUS...if only if I had the ability to reach through this screenmain reason why people hate kobe is because of his accomplishments, which really came because of the stacked team he's been on.
The only time that he had a team that wasn't stacked, he couldn't get out of the first round and was crying to be put on a team that could contend.
He's good, one of the time all time greats, but the fact that they have pushed him as the next Jordan is what really tuned people out. That and also his fans. His fans keep pushing him down everyone's throats.
The guy is good, but he has flaws too. But to Kobe fans, all they can do is argue his 5 rings and 2 finals MVP. Honestly, one belongs to Pau.
I don't have a problem with Kobe as far his game goes. The man is as good as everyone says he is. He is clutch, he puts fear in the other opponent. But the fact still remains that he wasn't able to do it by himself. He needed a big time AND a HOF coach.
That's the reason why i am not a fan of Kobe. His accomplishments are there because of the team he's been on. His team has always been the favorite, most of the time have had the home court advantage.
Individually, Lebron > Kobe. Get mad haters.

It was AI's league as far as popularity yes, but AI was never a better player than Kobe after about 2002..I was a AI dude growing up but going back and lookin at his numbers the nikka was really a spotty shooter with no limits..he had the ball in his 100% of the time and every time he won a scoring title he never shot better than 42%

Well really people were hating on Kobe before he actually had any success, because he was a "cocky youngin" coming to the league straight from HS, saying he was gonna be one of the best and indirectly having Divac traded. Kobe hate started before he even did anything on the court, while no one was really hating Bron like that until the Decision.
To be honest I was one of those haters way back then (96) but I eventually saw the light and been saying for the past 3-4 years let me enjoy watching Kobe because once he retires or falls off, I just don't see who has that level of skill. Bron is a beast, but Kobe makes it damn near artistic sometimes. To clarify my point, I'd say Shaq was dominant, but Dream had more skills. For me it's the same (for now) between Kobe and Bron, and I don't see anyone capable of taking Kobe's spot in that regard. Which is a shame for the game.

As if he didn't travel the country and stay in hotels with the man most of the year, attend events and functions with the man, and of course go into battle with the man.
The way he told a random fan in a parking lot, about trading Bynum, "ship his ass out!"
When the Lakers were a lottery team, it was his teammates' fault. When the Lakers were a championship team, it was Kobe's greatness.

Kobe averaged 30/5/5 for 3 straight playoff runs from '08-'10. Team went to the 3 straight Finals and won 2 championships in that time frame. Gasol was an integral part but in no way was he going to get the FMVP over Kobe in '10, especially considering his play on the road in that series.
