Serial killer in Portland may have killed 5 or more white women starting December of last year through May of this year. In June they arrested a guy on unrelated charges, a lot of people think he's the prime suspect but he hasn't been charged yet.
You're completely right that black crime victims are marginalized far more than white ones, just be careful of absolutes.
