This list is based on revenue, not number of copies sold, there's a huge difference. Cuphead is a $20 title. For it to track, it would've needed to sell an insane # of copies compared to full priced $60 titles (many of which have $100+ Special Editions, that counts). You're not gonna be seeing any $20 downloadable titles on these charts
