The more I think about it, the more I sympathize. Senegal's tourism industry got destroyed because of Ebola, even though they contained Ebola fairly quickly and had only 1 fatality (I believe). This is also the logic behind them getting rid of Visa requirements to visit Senegal. These countries need capital so if the Sauds are willing to shell out money then so be it. It beats taking out 1 billion dollar IMF loans with preconditions *Ghana*.
