you can get it at walmart right now for $30.

even if you can't, i'd spend the $40. i played ac valhalla all the way through, 90-95% completion and was bored for at least half of it (quarantine.. nothing else to do :yeshrug:).

i'm not even a quarter of the way through this game. i literally can't take a moment to relax without a new challenge jumping in my face trying to chop me in half.

it's fukking great. :pachaha:

i usually have to turn the shyt off after i finally beat a boss to catch my breath and reflect on my win. :russ:

Playing this on some nice sativa will have you become a master shinobi from the start.

I haven’t played this game in a year. I remembered the controls but had to shake the dust off. Started a new game and I almost beat Genichiro in the beginning. Got all the way to him untouched and killed all enemies.

Blue Dream will have you focused like a muthafukka

Yeah I originally messed up this game playing it like Dark Souls, in this you HAVE TO be aggressive. The Genichiro rematch is the skill check in this game. Finally besting him even after dying multiple times was sooooo satisfying. So yeah you're in for a great ride onward.

bringing this back because breh... in comparison to guardian ape and the fight with owl atop ashina castle, genichiro is fukking light work. i remember how many times i died against him, and how hard i thought it was.

compared to that pyschotic, shyt-throwing monkey though?

:russ:

the funny thing is, the second form of the ape was 10x's easier than the first form. after i got over the initial shock of him picking up his own damn head and trying to skewer me with a blade like an oversized, mangy chucky doll... his attacks were all super easy to read. you just need him to do that standing downward slash so you can fukk him right on up.

that first form though...

the temper tantrum roll-smashes: :martin:
the sweeping right hand grabs he pulls if you try too many hits at once: :damn:
the leaping dive-bomb grabs that sometimes feel completely unavoidable: :pacspit:
when you're trying to run from him, but he starts running parallel with you from the other side of the arena to cut off your angle: :merchant: :whoa:
the leaping shyt throws: :picard:
the seemingly random swipes, smacks and grabs: :camby:
when you hit him with firecrackers, and he responds by falling on top of you: :gucci:

i hate that fukking monkey. i didn't even stress the second fight until bae ape popped out. and it was only because that bytch's head was still attached to her shoulders. and sure enough, she had all his old attacks. :damn:

once i realized how low her health/posture was tho, it was just a matter of separating her from her headless bae and unleashing the firecrackers on her ass.

owl... i'm a be honest, i didn't think owl was that hard.

don't get me wrong, he was beating my ass like everyone else in this absurd game. but compared to that monkey, with owl i just needed to stay sharp, learn his patterns, and know when to attack vs. when parry/sidestep/run for my fukking life.

that owl fight was like genichiro in that the longer i fought him the more obvious the holes in his defense became. i knew how to beat him way before i actually beat him; i just had to get good enough for my parries/reflexes to catch up with my understanding of his tendencies.

i was kind of surprised at how relatively easy he was to take down (compared to guardian ape)... but i'm guessing he went :flabbynsick: in the three years since i found him at hirata estate. maybe that's why he was trying to get the blood of the divine heir?

Started this a few days. Was getting fukked up at first(still am) but the shyt only motivates you to get better. This shyt got me addicted right now. Don't even wanna play any other game til I beat it cause I want my sword to stay as sharp as possible:demonic:......but I'm loving it right now. The world is crazy deep.

Toughest boss was the demon of hatred imo

edit: if you actually fight him I mean, not cheese him off a cliff

Can't even lie I hopped on top of those forts and cheesed his ass off the cliff. I beat everyone else fairly though.
