Was fighting Owl the other night. OG whooped my ass. Had to take a break from him and go farm some skill points for posture. Came back and beat him on the very next attempt.

I question some of the stealth elements of this game when enemies start to spot you from ridiculous distances away.​

Gotta be aggressive and get his posture bar maxed, he has 3/4 moves and they are slow-ish. Don't bother attacking as he'll just counter, just stay in his face till muscle memory eventually kicks in. He stressed me out for a hot minute then thankfully it clicked.
(Same advice for Genichiro who you'll be fighting soon)

Struggling with the Guardian ape myself, have his move down but keep fukking up the last parry on phase 2 to get him to fall down and use the spear on him

Jump and attack when he does that theatrical spin sweep slash.

As long as u don't get hit by that and mithrill Parry u should be ok.

I found a rhythm with that strategy but every now and then i get caught up with that overhead windmill thing he does and it damn near one shot kills me
