It says that losses were down to Structural Reform at Sega Europe. And a closure of Relic Entertainment.

Gamepass is the new 3rd party "exclusive deal" it's a reason Sony actively blocks gamepass deals over a game being console exclusive if they have the option.

blocking gamepass deals when all these devs bread and butter for revenue come from playstation on the console side.

go straight gamepass and don't come to playstation. we know the choice is easy.
