Nope. Had a nodded Xbox and it is still not seeing the DC. Surprise everyone is mentioning games and no PSO or Ikaruga. And I would take DC over PS2 as well.

I completely disagree. DC over PS2 is debatable but you honestly think that the PS2's library comes close to PS1 or SNES

The PS2 had a longer run than either of them with quality down until the very end. PS2 v DC isn't even kinda debatable.

For the time that it was out and the number of quality games that were put out, yes DC vs PS2 is debatable.
I loved my Dreamcast, but I can't put that over the machine that gave us the Halo 1 and 2 experience 
Marvel vs Capcom 2, the 2K games, and Shenmue had me fed for the longest time on my Dreamcast, but Sega was on some #fukkery when it came to their systems

PS2 was putting out just as much piff as DC....but that piff lasted for nearly a decade. That's what makes it a no contest.
