Michelle Obama wins the election in a rout. No one liked Harris, and her talking tranny sex changes alone swung the race 3 percentage points. Has nothing to do with Obama she just was a shyt candidate, and ran a shyt campaign
This is an oversimplification. Kamala made a lot of mistakes without a doubt because she is boxes in by the same neoliberal solutions that don’t have the substantive change to move the needle as it should. She actually started well with an economic message and choosing Walz who has done good things in his state.

And as per usual the consultants took over and because Kamala is an empty suit she didn’t have the moxy to push back but also a mentioned was limited by the her own party’s positions on issues. Campaigning with Liz Cheney, bragging about Republican endorsements was a disaster as was failing to break significantly with Biden.

One thing she did NOT do was overly emphasize trans issues. That’s right wing framing people continue to fall for. She tried to pivot away from those issues and identify in general but she can’t help if the right wing has made it so people get hysterical about 0.5% of the population. People are stupid.

This loss is also primarily on Biden for not doing what 70% of the party wanted even far before the debate and that was not to seek reelection. We could have then had a proper primary where Kamala most certainly wouldn’t have been the candidate. The second person is Merrick Garland for waiting 2 and a half years to appoint a special counsel giving Trump the time to delay most of his cases.

Going forward the Dems should swing hardcore actual populist. Everyone from the top down should only talk about their 4 point plan over and over and over in the media and hammer any Republican who opposes it:

Universal healthcare
Minimum wage tied to inflation
Wealth tax for housing subsidies
Federal jobs program

That is IT. They won’t because their corporate interests won’t allow them but a folksy white guy with that platform wins pretty easily imo.

a lot of anti-kamala and anti-obama stuff getting air now

not enough that trump won the election, they want us turning our backs on them specifically in the future as well

interesting
Exactly. These think pieces are a waste of time. People trying to apply reason and logic about a situation that is pure stupidity. Taking deep dives into the results. Making ridiculous conclusions. shyt is tired.

Republicans already want to literally erase our history by no longer teaching about black history or slavery in schools.

yeah, it looks like Black Americans are going to have to teach ourselves our own history, unfortunately

We shall find out this go around. There's one thing Americans can't handle and that's the price of everything going up. Mass deportation, tariffs, and slashing of 1/3 govt employees is about to make the price of all good and services go through the roof.
:lupe::sas2::patrice:

I think Trump's plan is to stimulate the economy.
Americans buying American goods and building back America's economy to be internationally dominant (again).
Won't be without a readjustment. If he can get it done by 2027, republicans will look good for 2028.

Hope dems learn from and make a comeback by midterms.

Tbh, I don't think Trump wants war. Economy look like his priority.
