I think that just about everybody agrees that we need a new voice. I really haven't heard anybody say that she still needs to be the face of this. I have heard much debate over the actual direction of the party, though, and we need to figure out what direction we go (personally I lean progressive), and then we need a leader to rally around. Like @Althalucian said, we need someone with the charisma and calm of Obama, and the progressive ideas of a Bernie, but also adding in someone that can bring everyone together, not too polarizing, but will show they have teeth, and not just bark.
