I assumed he came back last year because the jobs available weren't great, he had unfinished business, and he has young kids. I def think he's gone this time since there are better jobs this time. Specifically the Chargers where you have a great QB or Atlanta where you can probably draft one.

The funny thing is that a couple years ago it seemed like Carolina would make sense. They had a crazy good run game, zone killing WR (DJ Moore) who is a great blocker, good o-line etc. Just needed a QB. Since then they've dismantled their run game, crippled the o-line and wasted their draft capitol on Bryce Young. They're fukked lol, I doubt any big names go there.

No one with options are going to work for Tepper. He's gotta be the worst owner in sports right now. They'll only get retreads or unqualified new hires.
