This is about bail not the actual trial. And if he been calling witnesses 58 times and using intermediaries to talk to others and ish and the prosecution has receipts of course they gonna say no. I asked a lawyer once about that. He said he defends people who should be locked up to the best of his ability because it has to be a fair trial. Their defense and their arguments the defendant want out need to be presented clearly and well. Even if it's a losing battle ya can't just walk in and be like "nikka guilty" ya have to go down swinging so it's done properly
