Yeah because his legal team is gonna go on tv and tell the world the feds have a compelling case against his client and that they’ve got their work cut out.

Diddys legal team is now apart of his PR team. They can do the interviews that he can’t to try convince the public he’s innocent.
Which is wild cause this a fed case what the public thinks doesn't matter :mjlol:

Do his lawyers think people going to show up in Free Diddy shirts and the feds going to be like "rats diddy got the people behind him not guilty on all charges return the baby oil" :mjlol:

ANY lawyer has a hard time there, but this one is no good. His arguments are weak. It's an uphill battle.

He should be offering home detention, security guards paid for by the defendant, ankle monitor, drug testing and rehab in a secured facility, with no phone access. That wouldn't work but better than defending someone who is beating someone on video. and saying well she threw a phone at him. And the escorts weren't really escorts.

but honestly even if they granted him release, they would probably violate him, I think he has a serious drug problem. he should have checked himself into a rehab this month and had the government go get him from there, then tell the judge we want him back in the facility.

I mean, sharing drugs for free constitutes drug trafficking, which he was doing with all these escorts at his freakoffs
I mean, unless he was purchasing and distributing huge numbers of drugs I just don't see them making a strong case to convict him, I doubt he was moving PeeWee Longway numbers but I don't know know

Gene Deal said the gun thing may be weak because they were dismantled when they found them. He said only issue would be the him filing the serials off, which leads to the theory that he was using them to intimidate.

He said whoever his head of security was is an idiot for telling him that was ok to have that in your house like that though.
And see I don't think those charges against him would be strong enough to land a serious conviction, the sex trafficking seems like the easiest route to get a strong conviction in my opinion

Last time I was in Brooklyn, I went to the MDC, walked right by it on my to my boys business in Red Hook. It's a haunting place. There were protests and demonstrations that year because of the conditions, so on these fences there were all these tattered, half torn, signs like "I Love Yo" and "We Miss You" Come home soon" taped and like blowing in the wind.

Forgot that MCC in Manhattan was closed in 2021.

That's the wildest shyt. His dad used to run with Frank Lucas, a real gangster, drug pusher, murderer etc. You managed to make hundreds of millions, legitimately. Your legacy is one of the greatest labels ever and this is what brings you down? shyt is wild.
