Prosecutors aren't going to present trial evidence at a bail hearing. They won't even reveal everything at a preliminary hearing/arraignment. Or, in Puff's case in the indictment. It's just enough to get done what they need.

The video is basically all they need.
To ensure diddy stays in jail all they gotta do is show the judge some evidence. Not all of it just something They don’t have to show the public. They can show it in chambers.

You went through a bail hearing right? so you may know more, but I am not sure if this is true. Those are public hearings, and they would have to go off the record, defense counsel cannot "fight" what they do not know. It's part of the right to see the evidence against you, and also be able to contest that evidence.

The lawyers going into the judge chambers to discuss things happens all the time. Especially on something high profile like this. All I’m saying is if they want to make sure diddy will not get bail they could’ve been shut that chit down with dropping some evidence on the judge.

Instead they raiding his cell and talking about he got his kids posting on his instagram to influence a potential jury.

Right, but it's not just a free pass. I don't think the reasons for bail not being granted can be off the record like that. The defense counsel would have to stipulate.

I think it's because they are trying to break him, by playing him so tight he can't breathe. They know he used to a luxury life and a lot of power. Maybe it doesn't work.

The judge sounds like he was very fair, some judges are VERY VERY pro bail in almost every case, and some aren't. He sounds like one of those judges who want bail in almost every case they can.

Puff just should not even be a candidate for bail. A lifetime of impunity catches up to you. He's beat up coaches, slapped up Drake, shot up a club, fled from the scene of a shooting, slapped around Steve Stoute, and that's just shyt outside of the case.

The prosecutors have him on witness indimidation,, bribery, obstruction of justice, arson, kidnapping, directing people to bribe or threaten others.

Been a Puff fan since like 97, he's a part of my whole experience in hip hop.

but there's NOTHING In his character or his actions over 20 years or so, that would make any of us think he was going to play it straight on bail. Work on his defense. Talk to his family. Take the responsibility.

fukk no, he's going to try and cheat the system game the rules, pay the witnesses, bribe the security, the way he always has.

Y'all really in here just trolling. That's what this shyt has come to

Some of you are even happy this man is being kept away from his family.

Nevermind that this is a slick way of ensuring he does some time without a conviction.

When China does it.... America points the finger
When Russia does it .. America points the finger
When Saudi Arabia does it... America points the finger

When America does it..... Crickets

It’s really over for Puff. Breh has lived a luxury lifestyle for about 30 years and gonna end up in a 8x8 cell for the rest of his life. All that shyt really caught u to him.

Never been a fan of keeping people behind bars without a conviction on non murder or super violent charges.

Hope all the real victims get justice served.
