Where I shouldn't be
Your logic isn't making sense either. :dead:

He violated phone call procedures.
He was caught instructing people how to influence testimony.

So because he is Puff, they supposed to ignore that? :dead:
The claim that he was making three-day calls only came out after the B'Day footage so there was nothing for them to ignore prior. The Prosecutors can and will bring any evidence available to build his character profile.
My logic is valid, Jury selection is a lengthy process but the desire to influence them either way is a well-worn approach. You don't think the claims made whether legit or fanciful won't taint public opinion regardless of the case outcome?

Alright Cassie chill, they've got ur man! :russ:

Whether they used the evidence as testimony within the criminal affidavit wont help or hinder the outcome unless media bias is filtered in Jury selection. Actually think he's only solution is a Presidential pardon with time served especially after the Merchan's ruling decision today.

Bail is possible but he has such a bad record for a judge. Violence everywhere. Impunity everywhere.

The judge is going to rule this week on bail.

The Aberecrombie guy got a 10m bail package, but he has no history of violence. That's all a judge needs to see. This is where your record of beaten cases and no consequences fukks you with the judge. He's on video beating a witness.

No. The judge will make a decision on Monday.
I think he's going to get his bail this time, I don't know why but feel like he's been refused flat out previously and they tried again and now this judge is taking the weekend to think about it :comeon:
He's making sure money hits his account by close of play Friday before letting Diddy have Christmas at home but will say he can't leave the state or some shyt

I don't know. But the judge can name his price for that bail. Diddy would probably agree to anything to get out. And I'm not talking some under the table shyt.

They already told him he can’t be in Star Island. He’s going to that NYC apartment. The judge was asking a lot of questions about the Abercrombie & Fitch case and how dude was granted bail in that case.

I realize all the complicated factors at play, justice system, celebrity, race, the cash bail system itself, how m but he really shouldn't get bail.

There is no real "fair system", but no defendant with his record would ever get bail on a RICO case.

Two of my closest friends were denied bail for 2 weeks on just trafficking charges, because they had over 20 firearms at one location, but none of the offenses nor was their conduct violent.
