We got a dude who was doing wild shady and exploitative sh*t to damn near everyone in his circle, both on the music side and personal side, for over 30+ years. Artists, producers, chicks he dated, dudes, employees, assistants, his own mother, etc. And you're talking about some random lawyer, like he's been the issue since the early 90's.
Just like in any case like this, you give the press conference because you want other people to come forward. Same as with any of these cases. Puff ain't no victim. R. Kelly's case was the same sh*t. They asked people to come forward. Mad people did. Because they did, they were able to get more evidence on dude. This is just a repeat of the same thing. The people who don’t want to come forward publicly usually get lawyers and settle behind closed doors. That's why R. Kelly was sending all those families and girls that bread. He literally knew all of them and knew his history with them. You're not settling with that many people if they're lying, bro. People don’t sue to get fame. They sue because they know you know what you did, and if you want the sh*t to go away, you pay them. It's not rocket science.
Puff is already done. But that doesn't mean that people don’t still want to be compensated if he did some foul sh*t to them. He's in the position he's in now because he refused to pay initially. Once sh*t got out, he paid within a day. That ain't a lawyer's fault. If you don’t do foul sh*t forever and f*ck mad people over, you don’t have to worry about sh*t like this. This is on Puff. No one else.
