They’re charging Diddy with being weird, essentially.People are afraid to say this.
Like what are we even talking about. How and why is ‘evidence of the freak offs’ a staple of a federal indictment?! Tf are we doing here?! Why is ‘ceased 1000 bottles of baby oil’even a thing?! They saying that shyt like the baby oil is explosives

Man listen my job is related to the legal system and any black man hell any American should be very scared of this shyt. We are abandoning ‘rule of law’. That’s what separates the US from a place like Russia. We are not supposed to bend the principles of law based on likeability. The American legal system operates on the principle that we rather free 100 guilty people than incarcerate 1 not guilty. That’s not literal, but what that means is if Diddy is guilt of 20 things, change him with exactly 20. But don’t just tack on a bunch of bullshyt to make a gumbo pot of charges, knowing public sentiment will let it slide. You not supposed to rely on public sentiment. Stuff like that does not just happen on an island, it trickles down and creates a more crooked legal system for the very same people cheering some of this shyt on. /rant
They haven’t said he raped anyone. They haven’t said he slept with underaged women (though one civil case accuses him of that), they haven’t said he pointed a gun at anyone (despite the scratch off illegal gun at his house), they haven’t said he forced drugs on anyone, its basically…he likes freaky sex.

With all of Puff’s antics involving Cassie, I can see why the feds think they have a strong case.
That alleged incident with Harve Pierre flying the minor from Michigan to NYC and then allegedly raping her is the biggest case threat against him.
The defense can get creative with the adult cases, but the one involving a minor will be the biggest test imo.

My thing is was Diddy NOT using NDAs?
I thought all this stuff was about violence, intimidating people, etc. But unless I`m missing something it seems that is not the case. Are they even mentioning the Drug Dealer who would cross state lines to bring drugs for parties? My thing is if the Drug Dealer can get locked up then why not the escorts? Both are people crossing state lines willingly selling something illegal.
I don't care about Diddy, my issue is when you face criminal charges on something that can't be defined you set a dangerous precedent.

Yeah, you never see the institutions toppled because obviously they are flooded with informants. So it's like what are we doing at this point? I don't feel sorry for Diddy because the nikka is a known terrorist BUT I`m just asking for the laws to be Black and White so people know how to be law abiding citizens.
