just as I thought....poverty and them dishes you listed 5 and 6 ain't even a Maryland or a Baltimore dish.The only thing y'all got is Crab Cakes which are Amazing...but y'all know damn well Maryland cuisine and Baltimore cuisine is not where it at.

I grew up raising chickens, you already eat poop based off their "free range" diets
They were hens in my grandparents backyard, they are table scraps (pork, chicken, beef, fish), dead chicks, worms, their own shyt, butterflies, dog shyt, paper, kibble, sunflower shells...

I mean like ayo, what in the entire fukk y'all thinkin' 'bout? Is it etiquette to eat the poop? No... then:
It is never impractical to clean some food you servin' to other people. What type e.coli-infested chow down y'all goin' to where it's considered rude to clean your shrimp at the table after it's been cooked in its own waste?
I mean... where they do that? But if it's the white folks, you cleanin' ya shrimp?
But you don't wanna offend anybody family offendin' you servin' you an e.coli-invested seafood boil?
What happened to prep time?
What happened to hospitality?
Where the decency? Like... is this a serious question or y'all just fukkin' 'round on a Wednesday?
You cleanin' dirty seafood in front of white folks because you don't care, but you care enough to not offend somebody family servin' dookie guts to you on the humble like.... like it's just somethin' you supposed to accept? From what I’ve seen they cook large vats of shrimp with the shell on. Whilst it’s possible to clean it with the shell on; for a home cook it’s highly impractical in such large amounts. The crux of the argument is this. I’m going to meet my bf’s family for the first time and I’m not from the US. I just don’t want to have an expectation of something then be visibly uncomfortable when it doesn’t happen.
