Sea of Stars from Sabotage Studio

This prequel to The Messenger tells the story of two Children of the Solstice – a Lunar Monk and a Solar Blade Dancer. Summer 2023 is not a good time to release this game. Stuff like XVI and Reverie will be out then. I think they should have either pushed for Spring or early Fall.

I’m sure there is but I wouldn’t put such a title near that stuff.

In Feb you have Ryza 3 and Like A Dragon. Azure also comes out in March which borderline is too close to Reverie. Especially with XVI between them JRPG fans will be crowded then and less inclined to buy that game than they would be if it launched near nothing. So far Fall 2023 has almost nothing announced for it. I would have pushed for May or October.

If I’m still playing something else at the time Sea of Stars becomes a wait for a sale game.

Yeah, it's beat chained echoes in the graphics department but that's probably about it


Still looking forward to it but chained echoes raised the bar
