I have lived in the same neighborhood in Harlem for awhile and have been going to the same polling place to vote for years. During the primaries for governor a couple years ago when Nixon was running against Cuomo in the primary I went to the polling place to vote I always go to and was not on the voting rolls. I had to do an absentee ballot which they only count if the race is close. Fast forward to the general election, I go there to vote and I'm on the roll again like usual.
Couple this personal anecdote with past NY election fraud:
