That is true..only teams that win big that dotn get big recruits are in smaller conferences like Boise and TCU..Now TCU will have to up the recruiting to compete in a big conference..

I guess you can say Vtech and Wisconsin dont recruit great but are very good programs though it might be why Vtech cant win the big bowl games and only dominates the weak acc every year
