Getting Thomas and Alito out the paint has to be the top priority. Not saying the other conservatives aren't bad but there seems to constantly be a clear pattern of Thomas and Alito taking the most extreme positions, including when losing 7-2 decisions.
The only way that’s happening is if Biden wins. I guess the path forward on getting them out the paint is pretty clear then

Yup. A Biden win means Trump is finished for good too. MAGA will live on but none of the potential republicans who can carry that mantle will have the charisma or threat he does. Dems have a very strong bench for 2028 and have the potential to string 12 years of governance together, reshape the federal benches and tip the Supreme Court
