Pip fukked up sitting out that final play...but i always understood where he was coming from. You talking about a dude that never got his due as a player because he had to forever live in Mike's shadow. And when he finally gets the opportunity to show out and show the world who he really is he puts up an MVP type season...

And in the biggest moment of that season with his first opportunity to come up in the clutch Phil takes that away from him. Yea i know it was the right play but you don't ever undermine your superstar who got you there in the first place. Phil shoulda had a better understanding of Scottie's plight than anybody...he knew the dynamic...he knew how Pip felt but he still didn't give a fukk. To use that man as decoy was mad embarassing and disrespectful. Which perimeter superstar had the ball taken out their hands in the clutch by a fukkin role player? That's never happened before or after that Scottie shyt..

Did he really ask why would you give Kukoc the last shot? He made the shot, obviously it was the right call

THAT WAS NOT PIPS
1ST MOMENT TO COME UP
IN THE CLUTCH.

BULLS HAD A 4PT LEAD WITH
40 SECONDS LEFT.

PIP MISSED A SHOT
KNICKS CUT IT TO 2.

PIP DRIBBLED THE AIR
OUT THE BALL AND GOT
A SHOT CLOCK VIOLATION
ON THE NEXT POSSESSION
AND THE KNICKS TIED THE GM.

PHIL TOOK THE BALL OUT HIS HANDS
WITH 1.8 SECONDS LEFT
FACING AN 0-3 DEFICIT.

fukk being owed. Bulls were trying to win, not make Scottie feel good about his failures.

Either in this thread or the other i posted the Bulls play before Toni’s shot. Pip gets shut down by Anthony Mason and throws up a terrible shot before the shot clock goes off.

:yeshrug: I don’t hate Lebron. Phil made a dumb comment. I’ve never known the word posse to be a racist term tho. But I don’t gripe about every little thing like you nikkas.

Phil has coached hundreds of black players and I never heard a thing about him being a racist. Pippen and Lebron are one in the same though, soft and mentally fragile.
So seeing Phil pigeonhole Blacks into a "posse" talk and knowing its racist is being soft and mentally fragile?

Bron heard that comment no different than us. What the hell makes him any more soft than any of us? You're one of those types who thinks there's a "strength" in ignoring obvious racist comments.

I pity your types

:yeshrug: I’m not. I just don’t think Phil Jackson is racist. It’s really that simple.

Phil made a dumb comment yes, I didn’t think it was racist tho, same way I don’t think Phil drawing up a winning play for the teams best shooter was racist either.
