But to some degree I understand it. So many people view Scottie as the GOAT sidekick. And it's really unfair because he was such a good player.

There is a good argument that he might never have become as good as he was without Jordan pushing him. At the same time, Scottie's talents were such that if...in his prime....he were on another team he might have been perceived by more of the public as one of the best 5 or so players in the league. And that might put him in a better light than "GOAT sidekick"
