fukking baffling.. I could understand if this was the 90s and you had to buy albums but all this shyt is literally a mouse click away and you're still too goddamn lazy. I hate your generation.

Damn bro lol not that serious. When I started getting into hip hop seriously around 98 music was very regional still. Internet wasn't big no social media.

My influences were BTNH, Twista Do Die being from the midwest. Of course Hov, Nas and the other mainstream rappers out around that time.

People wasn't playing scarface or anyone else from houston or the south in Detroit around me.

Only down south groups that got serious play was Cash Money. That was my first introduction to southern rap

That's ridiculous because it sounds like I'm probably 5 years or maybe less older than you, I'm from AUSTRALIA and by 98 I was already listening to artists from every region as well as local acts who were super underground at the time and I lived literally in the middle of the country. Regional bias must be crazy in USA
