I wanted them to draft a qb but it was clear they had no interest in one once they brought back Eli, it also wouldn’t make financial sense to have a one year tutor make as much money as Eli. From
all accounts, Barkley’s a can’t miss so they basically have a two year window to go all out and find a successor to Manning then.

Yeah after reaching on Flowers and Apple the past few drafts, I’m fine with going for the best player available and in this case arguably the best player in the draft.
